We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Super Administrative and Social Media Manager to provide administrative and personal support.
The Super Administrative and Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms. Will also be responsible in developing a content calendar to ensure regular posting and engaging with clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

If you have never worked as a social media manager for at least 3 years.

Your Core Responsibilities:
Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms.
Develop a content calendar to ensure regular posting.
Schedule posts using social media management tools.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
Engage with followers and build a community around the brand.
Handle customer service inquiries and escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a social media manager.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent command of English
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
Proficient in canva and/or similar graphic editing platforms.
Proficient in capcut and/or similar video editing platforms.
Knowledge of project management tools and software is a plus.
