My name is Josiah, and I'm the owner of X-Factor Method.
We have more than 2000 clients in Asia, and we partner with them to help them grow their sales, their revenue, and also our profits.
By using a very simple system called the X-Factor Method.
Read Google reviews here.
We're very proud to be serving them and look forward to serving them at the highest level.
I am sharing this with you for a very simple reason, because we are in the business of identifying talents and excellence.
If you cannot stand working with a mediocre team.
And want to work with the best team members possible, then this is for you.
But, please pay attention to whatever I have to share.
And we will love to have the opportunity to work with you one day, either within our team, within our group of companies or within my clients, companies.
We want excellent team members to join us.
Here's how our team is different from many other teams out there.
We do NOT work with mediocre team members who just want to get by in their life.
And come and have a nine to five job, do mediocre work and go home.
We want to work with people who value excellence who want to do the best work and want to work with the best team members.
You see, you may not have a lot of skill sets in the area we are hiring for.
But, we understand that if you put the right person who has grit, and perseverance, through proper training.
We can always produce a person with a high level of skill set.
Therefore, we only want to work with people who can withstand pressure.
Who can withstand difficulties, setbacks and failures.
That's how we are different.
Players who belong on our team have a high desire, unquenchable desire to always learn and to always grow.
We are always either watching YouTube videos, reading books, learning from the greats, within our own domain expertise.
Whichever role you are - digital marketer, you're a copywriter, you're a videographer, producer, editor, graphic designer.
If you're always learning, you will fit in with us.
We keep a diary of the things that we learned and we actively share with everyone else.
So that everyone gets cross pollination of the ideas & knowledge that someone else learned.
And we do this regularly, every single Friday, we have 30 minutes - and we share openly.
What's the most special about this right?
Everyone from the director, to manager and executive has a chance to share what you found interesting, what really stood out to you in a particular week.
So we all build each other up every day.
What does it mean? While we want our executives to learn how to improve their skill sets.
We also encourage them to support other people to level up in their positions.
We believe that you are going to be a great manager when you're able to lead a team and transfer your knowledge.
Transfer a skill set, transfer leadership skills to the next generation.
To the people who you are working with.
So when they rise, you can rise up to the next position as well.
Unlike other toxic environments where there is bad mouthing, like stopping someone else from growing, from being able to shine at work?
We celebrate the wins of all our team members at the start of every weekly meeting.
We have everyone to share, “what's your win for the week?”
We celebrate, we support each other.
Before we begin the mission proper.
That is something that I'm very proud of, and I wish you can experience it.
You must have heard of “SOPs” and checklists.
In our teams, we ensure repeatable excellence by using checklists.
That means everyone documents down the work that they do into proper SOP.
This benefits everyone because someone else can take over your work when you not around.
Can you imagine… when you are on holiday, or when you want to apply for holiday.
And your boss says, “No, you can't have a holiday because there's no one else who can do your job”.
Alternatively, when you want to go for holiday, then your team members call you and asks…
“Hey, where is this material?” …
“Where is this folder?”... “How do you do XYZ?”
Lastly, which is the worst of all, if there’s no one working on your tasks.
Guess what - when you come back from the holiday…
You will be swamped with so much work to do and it becomes a shit show.
Therefore, we document down SOPs and cross train team members on each others’ tasks.
That’s how we have systemization and leverage, so we can have repeatable excellence and team members can take a good break.
Without disturbance. And not return back to a pile of workload.
Anyway, this is just about five ways how our team is very different from others.
I have more to share with you in later episodes.
Like, “how exactly does our team operate?“
Like “How do we train our team members so they grow in their domains from two, level three, level five, level seven to level ten?”
Etc etc…
Till then, take care!
